10 Recipes For Fun Clean Eating

One of my favorite things about coming home after a long vacation is getting back into the swing of healthy, clean meals.  I have been surprised at how much better I feel when I'm off wheat and excessive sugar.  Clean eating for the win!!

Several people have been asking me about my favorite clean/Paleo recipes, so I thought I would share my top 10 favorites that have my move towards clean eating both fun and delicious.  I promise you that I have made each of these recipes and have been shocked at how simple and easy they are.  I also must confess that I have a cooking crush on Lindsay from Delighted Momma.  She is a hero in my book when it comes to making better eating choices.  And she shares my love for salty and sweet snacks, so it's practically a match made in heaven.

Now without further ado, a curation of amazing, clean-eating recipes.

  1. I am currently in love with asparagus drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Lay them on a cookie sheet and pop them in a 400F oven for 20-ish minutes (i.e. till the tops are crispy). So good!

  3. yum!!! have you tired the It's all good cookbook by gweneth paltrow?!? it is so good! I also love grilled lemon & salmon. you cut a lemon in half and place on the grill with the salmon (or in oven or on frying pan). when the salmon is cooked you move to a plate and squeeze the lemon over the salmon. SO GOOD!

Also, baked broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt is so good too! Throw into the oven for 15 minutes at 350.
