Are you catching the theme around these parts lately?! Two words. Skin. Neeee. Skinny Zucchini Pizzas, now Skinny Pasta. If I could just figure out a way to make Skinny Oreos or Skinny Peanut Butter Panic Ice Cream, I would be golden.
This recipe for Skinny Herbed Pasta is my new go-to fave for weekend lunches with Adam. Spaghetti squash is really low in carbs and is full of nutrients and fiber. It's how we get our skinny on.
Skinny Herbed Pasta

1 spaghetti squash: boiled, deseeded and separated with a fork
1 medium tomato
1/4 t. basil and oregano
sea salt to taste
1 T. feta cheese
grilled chicken chunks
1// Slice tomato into quarters and steam for five minutes.
2// Toss spaghetti squash strands with enough olive oil to coat.
3// Mix in steamed tomato, herbs and salt.
4// Add optional toppings. I like feta cheese on mine. Adam prefers the meat variety.
5// Eat and be skinny!
