Family Meals // Week 5

Baked. Chicken. Meatballs.  How else can I say this except that this meal changed.my.life.  Not to be dramatic or anything, but seriously.  You have never tasted something so delicious and actually quite healthy.  They are gluten-free and the two tasty strips of bacon are like the magical ingredient.  I paired this dish with zucchini pasta, some additional pasta sauce and a nice little green salad.  Health and wealth to my bones, I tell ya.

Pretty sure I said OH MY GOSH THESE ARE AMAAAZING after every bite.  My only regret was that I only made enough for 5 little meatballs for each of us.  Next time I may or may not consume and entire batch or 7 to myself.  

Now stop whatever you are doing right now and go make these immediately.  Then come back and let me know what you think. . . I be over in my corner sulking until Tuesday night.  See below 
Week of August 19 - August 23
Monday: Skinny Spaghetti with Mushrooms & Shrimp
Tuesday: Baked Chicken Meatballs.  Duh.
Wednesday: Pizza night at youth group
Thursday: Movie in the park date night
Friday: Picnic with friends to which I plan on taking: Paleo Almond Butter Blondies & Raw Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream Bars
