Sadly though, it usually gets squashed by my Sometimes-Forgetful, Baby-cheeks-kissing, Instagram-loving, Live-in-the-moment Self.
That's why I rather surprised myself this week when I managed to oven-roast several pans of garden tomatoes. I was further surprised by that fact that they turned out rather delicious. Before managing to get them squirreled away in the freezer for this winter, and by winter I mean sometime before the official day of summer's end, we have eaten them twice on eggs and for an afternoon nibbling snack. I am quit in love. And that's really saying something as I am not much of a tomato girl.
