Salted Chocolate Orange Slices

Oh dear . . . me and the sweet tooth seem to be in a constant battle so anytime I can find things that are comprised with as many real ingredients as possible, I try to consider that a win for all of us.  These salted chocolate orange slices are the perfect mix of salty, sweet and citrus.  A surprisingly delicious combination.  And the other best part is that they take about 10 minutes to make. . . the jury is still out on whether or not this is a good thing when afternoon snack cravings hit.  haha! So I guess you can make them yourself and get back to me on that. . .
Salted Chocolate Orange Slices
// serves 1-3 //

4 cuties or 1 large orange
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/4-1/2 t coconut oil
course pink salt
Line a plate with wax paper and peel oranges.  Melt chocolate and coconut oil, then stir until smooth.  Dip each orange slice halfway into the chocolate and sprinkle with course salt.  Cool or freeze until the chocolate hardens.  Enjoy!!
